CT Health Over Ten Years: A Retrospective

February 7, 2012

A little over ten years ago, Vice President of Finance and Operations Carol Pollack and former Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs Monette Goodrich (who is now a consultant) joined the Connecticut Health Foundation (CT Health). At that time, CT Health was only two years old.

As you can probably imagine, a lot can happen in ten years. Since CT Health was launched in 1999, we’ve awarded more than $45 million in grants and worked tirelessly to affect change in our priority areas of children’s mental health, health policy/advocacy, oral health, and racial and ethnic health disparities. In this video, both Carol and Monette discuss how they’ve seen CT Health grow, and what accomplishments along the way they’re most proud of.

Surprise bonus footage at the end! Thank you Carol and Monette for your ten years of service for CT Health.

It has been an honor and a privilege to work these two women who have provided leadership and support in the development and growth of the foundation. Each have made contributions that have made the foundation what it is today. We are in their debt. Thank you Carol and Monette. pat
