Do you CQI?

The answer for the foundation is, yes! We’ve been “doing” CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) for about six months now.

If you’re not familiar with this process improvement methodology, look no further. SigmaWorks Consultant Lorenz (Larry) Finison, PhD, along with CT Health President and CEO Patricia Baker are here to explain it for you. Larry has spent a dozen years training people in using CQI, particularly in non-profit environments (and he’s been one of our consultants for six years).
