In the world of philanthropy, we talk, think about, and even fund “capacity,” which in this setting means “the potential ability to perform.” But how do you build up an organization’s capacity before they have capacity?

In this video, CT Health Senior Program Officer & Health Leadership Program Director Elizabeth Krause explores solutions for this conundrum. The part I found really interesting was the idea that capacity is not something an organization has or doesn’t have, but rather it exists on a spectrum.
