Survey: What Will Make Year-Round Consumer Health Insurance Assistance Successful in CT?

November 25, 2014

As a neutral convener, the Connecticut Health Foundation is funding a stakeholder process to plan an effective, sustainable year round approach for assisting underserved consumers with health insurance enrollment and navigation. Access Health CT has applied for ~$1 million in federal funding to implement a year round program in 2015. The Department of Social Services would have the opportunity to renew funding and implement the approach thereafter. Both are engaged in this planning.

We invite your ideas, suggestions, and input. Here are two ways to participate:

  1. Fill out this form. Responses will be forwarded to facilitators from Interaction Institute for Social Change and O’Rouke Strategies.
  2. Come in-person Friday December 12, 2014, noon-1 p.m., Homewood Suites, Glastonbury, CT. This stakeholder comment period will inform a facilitated multi-stakeholder planning meeting that will follow. Please indicate below if you plan to attend.

Feel free to share this with others with others who might offer valuable input. Responses are due 12/8/14.
