Waterbury Oral Health Collaborative

Fiscal Agent: StayWell Healthcare, Inc. To improve the system of care for the prenatal and age-one dental visit at two Women, Infant and Children (WIC) sites through oral health education of WIC staff, assessment of access and an on-site mobile program.
