There are many different focus areas in which we all can work for health justice for all of Connecticut’s residents. At Connecticut Health Foundation (CT Health), we focus our funds and our energy on priority areas that relate to the unmet needs of underserved communities and populations of color in the state.

• Grants

  CT Health provides grant funding to organizations and institutions that seek to improve health outcomes by implementing innovative ideas, changing systems and promoting policy change.

• Our Health Policy Work

  We don’t simply address health justice on the surface— we work to advance policy change as part of our mission. Because with real change, you don’t just help one person—you help hundreds. And you don’t just solve problems today—you improve the health of future generations.

• Health Leadership Fellows Program

  To promote health equity through the elimination of racial and ethnic health disparities, communities need strong leaders that can advocate for policy decisions that influence health-related issues and health care.
