Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities
Racial and ethnic communities in our state experience disparities in health care access and quality and in health outcomes. We strive to decrease that disparity and bring greater health equity to the state of Connecticut. CT Health will invest in projects that:
Objective 1
Create public will to decrease racial and ethnic health disparities in access and treatment.
Objective 2
Improve the quality of systems that enhance patient-provider interactions in order to promote health equity.
