The Connecticut Health Foundation (CHF) is now accepting applications for the 2009 Health Leadership Fellows Program, which is designed to foster, support and promote a generation of leaders committed to eliminating racial and ethnic health disparities in Connecticut President & CEO Patricia Baker announced Friday.
