Connecticut Voices for Children (CT Voices) provides high-quality research, policy advocacy, and communications that promote strategic public investments in the health and well-being of children in Connecticut. This grant will support general operating costs for CT Voices to work on coverage expansion and continuity as part of health reform. Two year grant.
