The Connecticut Health Foundation turns 25 this year. Since our founding in 1999, we have seen major changes in our state and nation’s understanding of health equity and in the will to address racial and ethnic health disparities. Yet much more work remains to be done. What can policymakers, health systems, community organizations, and philanthropy do now to make health equity a reality? What are the most important steps to take now so we will see concrete progress within the next 10 years? Join us to hear from Connecticut and national leaders as we celebrate and look ahead.
