Nuvance Health, Danbury Hospital’s parent company, will develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive internal and community education program aimed at collecting accurate race, ethnicity, and language data that will support interventions to improve health equity across Western Connecticut.
This grant was awarded as part of a request for proposals for participants of a series of convenings on standardizing the collection and use of race, ethnicity, and language data in health care.
