Latino Community Services (LCS), Inc., is a 27-year-old Latino-led organization that plays an important part in the health equity solution for Connecticut.
LCS looks to expand its scope from meeting the needs of Latinos with HIV or at risk of HIV, to serving people of color more broadly, they seek to implement a new business model. This grant will allow LCS to work with a consultant to make a strategic decision that meets the needs of LCS and the community it serves.
