This organization is a recipient of the Trusted Messengers to Support Health Coverage grant and will share important information about health care coverage with their communities. The messaging activities are related to two major changes in health care coverage taking place this year: HUSKY redeterminations and new HUSKY coverage for children under age 13 regardless of immigration status.
Project Access is a seasoned patient navigator in New Haven. Using community health workers they will conduct outreach at local food pantries, by phone, at community events and through social media.
