Fiscal Agent: Regional Youth/Adult Substance Abuse Project. The Connecticut Juvenile Justice Alliance (CTJJA) works to reduce the number of children entering the juvenile and criminal justice system, and advocate a safe system for those involved. Currently, CTJJA is working to reduce school-based arrests at local schools, expanding access to early identification and mental health interventions for at-risk children, and stakeholder capacity building. Two year grant.

This grant will provide general operating support for CTJJA.
