When it comes to getting pregnant women and their 0-5 year-old children the oral health care they need, how well does co-location of primary care and dental services work?
Community Health Center, Inc., (CHCI) is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) operating primary care centers in 13 cities and delivering care in more than 100 additional locations. CHCI will conduct a retrospective study of their patient records to determine the impact of the different models of care coordination on the uptake of services by these women and children. This research will provide valuable data and strategies in FQHCs. 6 month grant.
