National Academy of Sciences

2013 - $25,000

In 2013, the Connecticut Health Foundation hosted an Institute of Medicine’s Roundtable on the Promotion of Health Equity and the Elimination of Health Disparities, which convened health sector stakeholders and experts. This grant will support the writing and dissemination of the findings of that meeting.
