YMCA of Greater Hartford was awarded a one-year President’s Discretionary Grant to sustain its Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (“REACH”) Coalition to advocate for policy and environmental reforms to improve chronic disease management and access to health care for residents in North Hartford.
