Grantee Portal Guide

All grant applications must be submitted electronically through the Connecticut Health Foundation’s online grantee portal.

Using our online grantee portal

All grant applications must be submitted electronically through the Connecticut Health Foundation’s online grantee portal. The portal allows you to manage your grant applications, submit reports, and ask for extensions if the timeline of your project changes. You must register to get access to the portal.
