Using our online grant portal
All grant applications must be submitted electronically through the Connecticut Health Foundation’s online grantee portal. The portal allows you to manage your grant applications, submit reports, and ask for extensions if the timeline of your project changes. You must register to get access to the portal.

If you are not sure if you want to apply for funding, reviewing the grant application questions ahead of time might help. CT Health offers several types of grants. We recommend you talk to a CT Health staff member to learn more about our grant guidelines and which application is the best fit for your program or project.
