Implementation of the Affordable Care Act is a once-in-a-lifetime reform effort. Providing the public with reliable information about its unfolding will allow residents to make sound choices about their own health care, and allow policy-makers to ensure that health equity is promoted through Connecticut’s health reform efforts.
In its first three years of existence, the CT Mirror has established itself as the go-to online news source regarding state policy, budgets, and administration. With this fourth year of funding, the CT Mirror will publish more than 100 news stories on health reform and its impacts on health equity.
